The property was beautiful and having the spa was excellent, especially when the weather was surprisingly bad! The bedroom was great with an incredibly comfortable bed and beautiful terrace. The staff were all friendly, helpful and made us very welcome. We also loved the artwork at the property, of course bought some, and met the artist. Excellent idea for the resort to support a local artist and their work!

The staff at this hotel are second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. A special thanks especially to Daisy and Ricardo for all their help and assistance. Gorgeous facilities, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and extremely quiet and peaceful. An excellent base to explore the region and we fully recommend a visit there.

Excellent service! The staff are very attentive and very helpful. There’s always someone attending to us and they know exactly what they’re doing. Every service attended to us are perfect, from dining to pool drinks service, front desk and cleaning lady. The place is strategically located in the middle of Puglia where it’s easy to travel anywhere to any location of the region. We could easily go to Gallipoli, Otranto, Lecce, Castro Martina Franca. Our tower room was amazing like in a fairytale. Our room and their facilities are very clean. SPA services are excellent. Food is amazing too, Highly recommend this hotel!

The service is incredible and the staff went out of their way, to give us the best treatment… whatever we needed, they provided. The pool area is amazing as well, with full service of fresh towels, food and drinks served for really fair prices. I don’t understand why we haven’t heard about this place before - will definitely be back.

The staff were so super helpful and attentive. In particular Valentina and Sonia helped me with my onward journey, making a huge effort to ensure that my next accommodation was confirmed. They were very caring and efficient. Also for my birthday beautiful fresh flowers, Prosecco and a delicious cake were waiting for me at dinner - super kind made my day!

Pool was great. Very big and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The gardens are beautiful. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The receptionists are extremely attentive and helpful. We had an issue with one of our meals and this was dealt with very professionally and we were not charged for the meal. We did not have a car and the hotel provided access (at a cost) to a driver who was very reliable and available whenever we needed.

A great place to relax and unwind. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Nice specious rooms, comfortable beds and lovely and clean. Good breakfast, plenty of choice.

We went here to chill out in Italy after a bike tour. We wanted a spa, pool and quiet atmosphere. The grounds are absolutely beautiful - so many pools, flowers, comfy outdoor seating areas. The indoor spa exceeded all expectations. It was one of those sensorial pathways with 6-7 stations, including a beautiful mosaic heated pool. I had a massage that was EXCELLENT. Staff were generally delightful and the works of Giovanni Rosso, artist, were on display. The hotel arranged for us to visit his workshop - it was delightful! The place is serene. We had a Junior Suite with a terrace and jacuzzi. The room was recently renovated, clean with all the amenities and lovely art work on the walls.
